Give your employees and staff a unique experience with a day in the Faroe Islands where they are challanged with a cultural experience including some of the worlds best raw material. The task is to collaborate on making the best dish which will be served and judged by a professional Michelin-chef.
This is concept is specially developed by our instructors over the years making it a NAX-speciality. This day will bring challanges which for sure will force the participants into tasks they have not tried before. As the participants only get raw material and for example fresh fish they have to figure out how cut fillets from a whole fish, how to use the local nature when serving the food etc.
Our guids will walk around among the tabels to make sure everyone is progressing and maybe give some tips and tricks.
