This is concept is specially developed by our instructors over the years making it a NAX-speciality. As the participants only get raw material and for example fresh fish they have to figure out how cut fillets from a whole fish, how to use the local nature when serving the food etc.
Our guids will walk around among the tabels to make sure everyone is progressing and maybe give some tips and tricks.
